1. No Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our sarees once the order has been placed and delivered. All purchases are considered final.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Defective Products)

We offer an exchange only if the product you received is defective or damaged.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos or a video showing the defect or damage.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging with tags intact.

3. Exchange Process

  • Email us at Chotlyfashion.help@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9898198050 with your order details and proof of defect.

  • Once approved, you will be required to ship the defective item back to us at your own cost.

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a replacement product of the same design or similar value.

4. No Exchange in the Following Cases

  • Minor color variation due to photography or screen resolution.

  • Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering).

  • Change of mind or dislike after delivery.
